12th Circuit Court-Appointed Counsel
Legal support services are available for Court-Appointed Counsel within the 12th Circuit.
NL Smith Investigative Services can provide your indigent clients with investigative services and process serving at no expense to you. Because we hold an approved vendor contract with the Justice Administrative Commission (JAC) for the State of Florida, we invoice JAC directly for our services. All it takes is an Order approving investigative costs.
Private paying clients may also qualify for services with prior judicial approval declaring them indigent for cost.
